I flew JAL and Air New Zealand just after Christmas and we got the usual
cutlery set, tied up in a napkin  -  only the knife was plastic.  Finally a
disadvantage to Business Class  -  my husband really struggled eating beef
with a plastic knife.  I chose the Japanese option for allergy reasons and
got chopsticks as well.
