Is there really a lactose-free milk?  My understanding is that it's
lactose-reduced.  If so, you shouldn't be bothered by the small amount of
lactose in cream cheese amd mozzerella.  Cottage cheese is a bit higher but
my understanding is that it's from the "creaming" addition of milk and that
uncreamed cottage cheese or farmer cheese (the kind that's pressed cottage
cheese) are lower.
