Rachele,
Very good explanation about Ghee.  Have made it myself and also bought it
(very expensive)  Have much less problem when I used it compared to butter but
still thought it bothered me a little so gave it up and use just a little
sprectrum spread (worried about the soy in that though) actually use mostly
olive oil.  Jane
