FAN has one (Food Allergy network)- I have it from their yearly
recipes, don't know if it's on their web page or bookstore cookbook.


Re: Whip Cream- I've heard on this list that there's a Rich's
(refrig/frozen) non-dairy cream. there's something about carton color
(red vs blue). I've also seen a non-dairy (soy) instant whipped cream
for pies- in the dairy section with other can-whips.
