Ilya and Robert, I thought this was a discussion
about a milk=free diet.  Why are you getting so
technical and arguing and getting so upset?
We are here to give information to each other
and help each other out.  We all know the facts
about milk. I am a newcomer to the group, but
you are wasting valuable space with your argu-
ing back and forth just to outdo one another.
I have been allergic to the proteins in milk a
very long time and I think it is ridiculous to
argue over this subject when there are people
out here with worse diseases and worse con-
ditions besides milk allergies. Count your blessings and please overlook
a few sentences
from another listmember, even if you do not
agree, just DELETE.  Thank you very much for
not continuing this heated discussion.
