From a book I read called "Allergies and Candida" I
learned you never outgrow a milk allergy. It just goes
from stage 1 to stage 2 which means that you get new
symptoms. In our children we found that to be the
case. We were 10 years on Rice milk but have now
bought a farm and have lots of goats. Goat milk didn't
affect my chldren thank goodness!
