We recently went to Chuck E. Cheese.  I called ahead (birthday of my son's
friend) and asked them to read me the crust ingreds. It was non-dairy.  The
sauce had "spices" in it, so beware if anaphylactic.  The manager said
people with milk allergies have brought in non-dairy cheese and they make up
a special pizza for them.  We opted for crust, extra sauce and hamburger,
with no reactions the next few days.
