Hi!

I am going to start experimenting with making dairy free white chocolate. I know the ingredients - cocoa butter, milk, sugar, but I can't find a recipe for the right amounts. I am going to try using tofu/ soy milk/ ricemilk/ coconut milk until I find one that works best.

Any ideas on recipes?
