Anyway, I need to make a cake that is free of the following: MILK,
EGGS, =
SOY, WHEAT (no cake flour or regular flour), RICE (no rice flour), and

NUTS.

He is not allergic to corn, potatoes, or oats, and I have a
Fleischman's =
for his butter. He's not allergic to apples or pumpkin, so if I had to

use either as a binder, I can. In my cabinet, I know I have a package
of =
Xantham Gum, as well as egg replacer. I think he can have Buckwheat.

I'm sure I can pick up any flours I need at Whole Foods, so that's not
=
really an issue. I just need to make at least one practice cake for
him. =
