I have this ice cream freezer and I love it!  It works very nicely!  I am
equally excited about a dairy free "ice cream mix" I found at the health
food store.

It is called:  Better Than Ice Creme and is made by Fuller Life, Inc.  Their
number is 1-800-227-2320.  It is a soy based, frozen dessert that tastes
much like regular ice cream.

I found that the Cuisinart didn't freeze it as firmly as I liked, but solved
the problem by adding 1 tbsp. of clear gel to the mix before freezing.  The
flavor is plain or vanilla.  I alter it by adding frozen berries, peaches,
chopped nuts, carob powder, etc.
