I am using "So Nice" soy beverage, made by So Nice Soy Corp.,
P.O.Box 93009, Langley, B.C.,V3A 8H2. It comes in natural, vanilla and
chocolate flavours. The only thing I can't do is make custard with it--it
separates on reaching boiling point. Three of my 15 grandchildren are
lactose intolerant and two of them cannot handle milk protein either. The
younger ones (13 months and 3 yrs think the So Nice soy drink is just fine,
but the older one, 6 yrs, doesn't like it much. For myself it makes my
mealtimes and snacks very digestible and tasty too!! I buy the drink at my
local Co-op grocery. Ruth Anne
