Sorry to discount your theory but......My understanding is that rotation diets
have nothing to do with persons with anaphylaxis.  And the experts (Food Allergy
Network's Chicago conference)  who deal with anaphylatic patients say that
rotation diets DO NOT help people with these types of allergies.    Its all
genetics!!  You react to the protein in the foods.   I have yet to meet anyone
with anaphylatic that had any results to rotation diets and I have met hundreds
of them.   Anaphylatic food allergies are a major pain to deal with, don't add
the stress of rotation diets to it.   The experts said to avoid peanut butter for
the first 3 years of a child's life.   I avoided dairy when pregnant with son #2,
but he is still allergic to dairy...its in the genies!!
