Mother's Margarine made during Passover is pareve and soy free.

Earth balance is pareve but not soy free.   I've baked with the stick  
variety of both.


My husband isn't allergic to dairy and he says that Earth Balance is  
better tasting than butter.  He does not like Mother's.
