Thanks for the info.  I am certainly no biochemist either--But, I am very
paranoid w/ my son's anaphylaxis and until I can get a definitive answer as to
whether or not this will cause a reaction I am going to avoid it.

Another part of this issue, as I understand it,  is that there are several
companies that are going to market this stuff and all have different variants of
what they will term it on the ingredient list.
