I am not a medical person - just a celiac for a long period of time.

To get more information on celiac disease, you can contact a Pediatric
Gastroenterologist.

Most Pediatric Gastroenterologists in our area recommend a gluten-free/casein
free diet. As understand it, casein is the protein in milk.

We have many children in the area with celiac disease. Children are usually
diagnosed between 9 and 20 months.

Why some people have celiac only as adults and others have it is children is
a mystery to all, but it exists.

Does this help?

Jane
