Hi -

There are a couple of web sites which deal with preventing food allergies.
They suggest how to introduce solids to the allergic child. (The allergic
child may have no known allergies, but instead have allergies in the family.)

None of them deal with the maternal diet. My gut reaction would be that you
should continue to stay off milk products for a while yet, just in case, but
who knows?
