I would like to recommend "Special Diet Solutions:Healthy cooking without
wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, yeast or refined sugar" by Carol Fenster,
Ph.D. Originally I inter-library loaned the book to actually try their
recipes before I purchased the cookbook. I have tried their Yeast-free
bread recipe, and it's palatable. They also have buns and pizza crust.
As soon as I find a cheeze that's not dairy or soy, I will be able to
have pizza!
