Well, it looks like after a year of no dairy while nursing my dairy
allergic daughter, I've developed either a severe case of LI or a dairy
allergy. I had a mild version before we started. I'm suspecting it's an
allergy since max doses of Lactaid do nothing! It has gotten far worse
over the past 2 months as I've been reintroducing dairy. Went to the doc
today to make sure it wasn't something else.

The good news is that after a year, I know how to shop and avoid dairy!
The bad news is there go all those comfort foods I promised myself I
could have again after I was finished nursing. Our meals are mostly
dairy free anyway, but there are some things I'm really gonna miss :-(
