The book I just bought is called The Penny Whistle Lunch Box Book by Meredith
Brokaw & Annie Gilbar. It's not written to accomodate a milk free child but it's
got some wonderful ideas and recipes in it that I think can be modified fairly
easily. Thanks for the tip about the pizza. I'll be looking for them.
