We do have problems with egg and corn, so our list is a bit shorter :-)
We get a lot of things at Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. I know at least
some of the stuff you can order online from Whole Foods if there isn't
one near you. Not all of these are Kosher Parve, but they don't have any
obvious dairy and don't cause US any problems. YMMV. Here's a brief
inventory of the "fun" stuff in my pantry...

Trader Joe's Cinnamon Twist Challah (has egg)
Pillsbury Reduced Fat Cresent Rolls (I use these to wrap cocktail
sausages)
Dr. Stein's Bagel Dogs (has egg)
Underwood Deviled Ham Spread
Frookie Party and Snack Crackers (Ritz type)
Hain Peanut Butter Animal Grahans
Barbara's Bakery Snackimals Animal Cookies (Vanilla, Choc Chip, and
Weat-Free Oatmeal)
New Morning Graham Crackers (Cinnamon, Honey, Lemon minis)
Stretch Island Fruit Leathers
Post Frosted Shredded Wheat
Aunt Jemima Original Pancake Mix (red box)
Laguna Cookies Company Cinnamon Alphabet Cookies
Triscuits - original and thin crisp (plain flavors)
Barbara's Bakery Wafer Crisps - French Onion, Roasted Garlic & Herb,
Toasted Sesame, and Sundried Tomato & Basil
Carr's Water Crackers
Pepperidge Farms Snack Sticks - Seasame and Pumpernickle
OTC Oyster Crackers
Many types of Giner Snaps
