Rita,
re: hoummos...My son Aaron (milk, egg, corn and soy) LOVES hoummos, but since
we recently had to add the corn and soy to his avoidance list, I have found
that a number of the prepared hoummos brands use corn and/or soy products, and
I had to do a lot of searching before I found a couple of brands that I can
safely use. The best one was a supermarket brand, believe it or not.

Actually, hoummos is fairly easy to make yourself, and I do that, but lately
with all the other sauces, baked goods and everything else I have to make from
scratch, it is nice to have just a few convenience items to use in a pinch!

Fond regards,
Dale Robin Lockman, Ima (Mom) to Aaron, 3 1/2 (dairy, egg, corn & soy) and
Seth, 6 (tree nuts and peanuts)
