When people have milk allergy, it is the proteins-casein and whey that are 
allergic to.  Milk proteins are present in all dairy products, raw or 
otherwise.
With lactose intolerance, people do not have the enzymes present in the 
stomach to digest the lactose, which is milk sugar.  So as you can see they 
are very different pathophysiologies.
