Coconut milk doesn't really taste like coconut flakes do. It is a unique
taste. It is sweet and thick. As for how it is done, I bought a simple
yogurt maker, some acidopholus crystals (dairy free) and follow the
directions. It is truly simple and the yogurt can be made into cream
cheese by straining it and baked with, cooked with, etc.
