I pretty much use a standard recipe like the one posted from "White Wave."
Depending on what's in the frig/freezer,  I use the same mixture and almost
exact similar process for the lasagna as in the shells. Only alternating veggie
mixture in layers w/ sauce and cheese layers and or meat/poultry layer w/
noodle layers.  Sometimes I'll add zucchini to the veggie part or olives, or
eggplant.  You can pretty much add whatever suits your fancy.  I always tend to use
fresh basil and garlic though because it just seems to taste better.  Hope
that all makes sense--was out at the mall (UGH, I hate shopping!!) with Jack all
day and am fried! Have a great weekend.

PS-If there's a trader Joe's around they sell the no-cook lasagna noodles
which saves a step.
