Hello Daniel,

Thank you for that post.  I didn't know one could be addicted to
something like milk!  I love it, and I've really cut back, but its so
hard.  I crave it all the time...and also things like bread and
crackers.  Drinking a glass of milk and eating some saltines always
makes me feel better for some reason.  However, I have noticed (and I've
probably already said this...brainfog you know,) that my headaches are
much less without so much milk.  Still trying to sort this all out....
but your post helped me understand my craving a little better.  Now, why
would I crave things like crackers and bread?  Sometimes I get a weak
spell, I'll feel light headed, my hands shake, and I have to sit down or
fall down.  I drink a couple of glasses of milk, eat some crackers or
bread and it goes away.  Eating a chocolate bar helps too.  I've never
been able to understand why this happens.
