Hi everybody!
I tried something new for my son that he enjoyed so much I wanted
to share it with anyone who has access to the ingredients. Are any of
you familiar with Giant Grocery Stores? I believe it is nationwide, but
I'm really not sure. There all over the place in the Baltimore, Md.
area. Well, they have a Super G brand of Dreamy Tofu found in the
freezer section. It's in the ice cream isle and I stumbled upon it by
accident. They only have three flavors and my son likes chocolate. If
you put it on a cone it could pass for icecream. It's a little more icey
though. Anyway I put the chocolate Dreamy Tofu, chocolate soy drink and
Hershey's chocolate syrup in a blender. It's not as thick as a milk
shake but it's pretty good!!! And I can have a regular milk shake. I
know it's a lot of chocolate, but my son could stand to gain a little
weight. Around here the Tofu is 99 cents a pint. It's less expensive
than trying to make it myself. If you can, try it! It really is good!
Let me know what you think.
