In a recent post I made reference to being a BAD PERSON (according to my
dear wife), because I made a decadent, totally non-dairy, chocolate fudge
sauce. If anyone is interested I'll post it here. It is easily made in the
microwave too. You then put it over Tofutti non-dairy ice cream and just
die with delight. My weigh scale attests to how good it is. If you are
truly decadent, you make a Brown Betty. In this concoction, you make
non-dairy brownies, put Tofutti vanilla ice cream on it and then smother it
with chocolate sauce. It will blow any diet for at least a week. However,
for a short time you are in heaven. Enough for this commercial....
