     Lila,

Avocados are indeed High in fat. So are coconuts and olives (My kids
LOOOVVE black olives). Mexican style refried beans are usually high
in fat (obviously not the fat free varieties). You can make soups and
stews and leave the fat in his portion -- even add a spoonful of olive
oil where appropriate. I found a really terrific kosher (parve)
margarine named Mother's at the local grocery store. You might try a
kosher deli if you can't find them at the grocery store. Peanut
butter (all nut butters for that matter) have a great fat content. A
PB&J sandwich has plenty of calories and none of them come from milk
if you make your own milk-free bread. Assuming you cook, you can make
your own mayonaisse type dressing and make tuna (casien free and
packed in oil) into tuna salad for sandwiches. Egg salad is also a
good way to pack on some fat calories.

     Good luck.

Hi all, got a question. My son is very small and 2. He is majorally
allergic to milk. Me and the dr. are trying to think of high fat foods he
can eat that have no dairy. Do you guys have any ideas?? I heard an
avocodo is high in fat. Is this true?

Thanks,
Lila
