Thank you for pointing that out, Mary Beth.  I had forgotten that some of
the pop tart flavors currently contain milk ingredients.

My milk-allergic daughter is 4 1/2 and her allergist told me to avoid all
products that might contain even a trace amount of milk, as he feels
this "total avoidance" will increase her chances of outgrowing the
allergy.  I have heard mixed opinions on this site as to this theory, but
have been trying my best to follow the allergist's advice.

I read comments like yours with keen interest, as I would love to give my
daughter the oreos, golden o's, etc. but have stayed away due to the U-D
labelling.  Maybe at some point I'll give them a try!
