Hi, all. I've tried the new Future Shake from Odwalla, and it's delicious!
It's touted as a meal replacement (meal in a shake). The first flavor out
is Vanilla Al'mondo -- very tasty, like a nougat. In a few more weeks,
they're introducing Mocha Motion.

They're made with soy milk, oat milk and almond milk, flavored with banana
and mango purees and agave nectar. The Vanilla Al'mondo flavor is
lactose-free, but I can't swear that the vitamin fortification is completely
free of milk antigens -- you might ask the company about that.

Of course, fruit juices and fruit shakes are a good alternative to
milk-based drinks, so you might check out the other Odwalla beverages.
Again, ask the company whether their vitamin fortification in their other
drinks is truly dairy free.

Best regards,

Stuart
