I can't seem to find a stick form butter substitute, would I be able to use
butter flavoured Crisco?  Is that dairy free?  Does anyone have any other
suggestions.

 I live in Canada and I have only been able to find ONE kind of dairy free
margarine but I'm not sure how "dairy free" it is because it has the Kosher
symbol  of COR 47D  and I have no idea what that means.
