In anticipation of July 4th, I'm curious about making homemade ice
cream with soy milk.  Can I simply replace cow's milk and cream with
low fat soy milk in a recipe (is there enough fat, since low fat soy
milk is all that's really available or do I need to add something else
to help thicken it?)
