I would also like to agree with what Monica is saying.  Tums are not a good
source of calcium replacement, for the reason she has already mentioned.  It
does change the acid in the stomach, which to some people can be very
damaging.  My advice to you is that you check with you pharmacist/doctor to
see if it's OK for you to continue taking it.  Good luck.
