Someone from another list I am gave me this idea.  They grind up calcium tablets
(calcium gluconate worked well for me because they are quite chalk like) and add
them to their baking.

I add them to my flour in the bread machine, to orange juice (we can't get
calcium fortified OJ here in Canada), and when I bake I throw some in too.

As the mother of a rapidly growing toddler, I was very excited to learn of such
a great idea that does not involve endless meals with bok choy and other calcium
rich veggies.

Hope it helps someone else out.

I guess the important thing to remember is to get vitamin D also, to work with
the calcium.
