Angela -- Your post, excepted below, is why I like this list. I am learning
about milk slowly and garnering important information. I didn't realize that
whey contained the two proteins; I thought they were fellow travelers! It
tends to confirm why I am reacting to whey but not casein, and definitely
points the finger in their direction. Thanks for the feedback.
