My wife and mother-in-law both have MS. My wife also suffers from a disease
(whose name I don't recall) which comes from eating food with chlorophyll,
e.g., lettuce, unpeeled fruits. It has symptoms very much like MS. On the other
hand, nothing from the dairy group seems to have any effect on her. Her MS is
generally in remission now that the chlorophyll problem has been dealt with.
I'd appreciate further commentary about what changes to your diet appeared to
give the greatest benefits.
