Hi Joanne,
I've tried Sheep's cheese and I reacted to it. It has a very strong
taste I didnt' care for. I've read some people can tolerate it. On pizza
it might be good, as it would mix with other flavors. I too am looking
for a "cheese tasting" substitute!
