Van's also makes some very good egg-free milk-free frozen waffles and
pancakes that contain wheat. When we need a fast breakfast, we like having
them around.

BTW, here's my milk-free, egg-free pancake/waffle recipe:

        2 cups flour
        2 tblsp sugar
        2 tsp egg-free baking powder
        1-2 tblsp wheat gluten
        2 cups water
1/4 cup vegetable oil (more for waffles)

The gluten keeps them moist.

Notice that, except for the oil, the ingredients are pretty uniform and
therefore quite easy adjust. Proportions of the ingredients are either 1
cup, 1 tablespoon, or 1 teaspoon.
