Hello,
My daughter does not ingest any product with lactose or casein... hm I was
under the impression that yogurt and some cheese as well as butter did NOT
have either casein or lactose, I have been reading tons of books (maybe too
many) as my daughter also has celiac disease and diabetes.
Is casein still present in fermented dairy products?????
