Hi -

If you want supplements, check with your local health food store, or GNC.
We found a good, chewable calcium supplement for our kids (2 and 4 years old).
Some multi-vitamins have been recommended on this list. Was it Flinstones?
I'm not sure; someone else should know.

For vitamin D, the best source is plain old sunshine. It helps the body
manufacture its own.

Calcium can also be found in legumes (peas, for example) and enriched juices,
rice or soy milks (enriched) and breakfast cereals.

I'm not sure about magnesium. I think you should be able to get that from a normally
balanced diet unless your doctor says you need more.
