Helen jogged my memory. In a recent post I said Vitamite has casein. Now
I remember the red carton that ny grocery carried about a year ago. I
think I was the only buyer. They no longer carry it, and haven't for
quite some time. The taste is quite different. That little bit of casein
makes a difference. Even Mocha Mix is now competing with the better
tasting, casein containing soy milks with their "Dairy Break."
