I am allergic to milk and soy.  Does anyone know of a margarine, or
cooking shortening, that I could use?  I don't use margarine on toast or
anything, but when I'm cooking, it can be really tough. Sometimes I
substitute applesauce, but that doesn't work so well with cookies.
Anyone have suggestions?  Thanks
