Umm their expert is also the expert for FAAN.  I have personally sent  foods 
to this Dr after a recommendation from FAAN to try to find the cause of an  
allergic reaction.  On the other hand he couldn't find the cause of the  reaction
s my son had to the foods I shipped.  Gotta think on this one.  Oh and get up 
to date on my email too, lol.
