dana (age 3 ½ ) loves:

-most fruits & veggies (there's some justice in the world for you!)
-any "Toffutti" product: pizza (not the pizza bagels, tho), toffutti pints (chocolate & wild berry), toffutti cuties (chocolate, strawberry, peanut butter), toffutti cream cheese, and i'll use the toffutti sour cream in any recipe that calls for sour cream.
- does NOT like the fozen rice/rice dream treats
- soy silk yogurts. sort of... they just smell & look nasty to me
- quaker chocolate chip granola bars; the only kind i've ever seen that's dairy free
- the tropical source chocolate bars someone on the list wrote about; LOVES them!
- kosher (pareve) chicken nuggets & fish sticks
- arnold's stoneground wheat sliced bread is pareve
- challah (egg-like "jewish" bread, almost always pareve)
- kitov low-fat microwave popcorn
- kitov? a-b-c cookies & nilla wafer-like cookies
- duncan hine's pareve (u in a circle on the box) cake mixes
- barbara's cereals (juice vs. sugar sweetened, most dairy-free)
- white wave brand pre-cooked/pre-flavored tofu; comes in small packs of 2 or 4 rectangles. we cut it chunks & serve it cold; great for taking a meal in a baggie on the run, or a quick lunch (she prefers to pb&j); we get the plain or oriental flavors.
- chik fil a's specially-prepared (not on the menu) kids meal w/ grilled chicken (vs. nuggets ) & their fries (cooked separately from their nuggets).
- ben & jerry's sorbets
- pillsbury refridgerator pizza dough, & slice/bake sugar cookies
- kosher hot dogs & salami (* home depot's hot dog vendors sell kosher hot dogs, too)
- soyco vegan singles cheese (american flavor); only brand i've found without casein. also make mozarrella flavor i'll use to make homemade pizza. their cheddar chunk she's so-so about.
- tortilla chips; most any kind, tostito's usually
- costco's big bags of smoked/grilled chicken strips; they're fairly unexciting, but as a toddler i'd microwave her a few (on a plate, w/ water, covered by saran wrap) & have hot healthy meal in less than 3 minutes.
- fleishman's lite margarine in tubs (& salt free sticks) are pareve
- i use kraft's fat free thousand island dressing as a dip for veggies
- ketchup on EVERYTHING
- we also eat a lot of chinese take out
