In addition to possible dairy ingredients in the crust, you must also
investigate the ingredients in the pizza sauce.  Some pizzerias add
finely grated romano or Parmesan cheese to the pizza sauce (watch out
for this in some commercially prepared spaghetti sauces, too!).
