Hi.  I seem to recall eating something similar about
three years ago.

If you are looking to know if they tasted good, they
were okay.  But, depending on the severity of the milk
allergy, I would give some thought to possible cross
contamination.

Homemade wings are better.  We used to get a 30 wing
bag from Gordon's Food Services and use the recipe on
the bag.  Between my husband, my son and I, those 30
wings were gone in a flash!
