Earth Balance is what we use. It is non GMO expeller pressed oils, is GFCF,
no hydrogenated oils, no trans fats. It spreads like margarine and tastes
like butter. You can find it at most health food stores.

Subject: No-milk spreads

Hi --

We've had success with Fleischmann's unsalted margerine, which also is
kosher-parve, and comes in sticks. Also with Benecol, which is spreadable.
I think Smart Balance is milk-free as well, but since my son adores Benecol
we haven't tried other spreadables.

I'd be grateful if someone could remind me about which spreads are both
milk-free and soy-free, along with which you like for cooking and which for
making toast in the morning.

Thanks,
--Beth Kevles
