Hi and welcome!  I have found that dark chocolate is ok, or the ghiradelli choc.
is ok too. I beleive I read that lactic acid is not dairy, I am sure someone can
tell you exactly. check out one of our fellow   member's here web page, eating
without casein. I do not know how to attach the address, but I know the author
responds here. It is the best page anywhere and really helped me through!!!
