I was just making holiday chocolates this weekend and found that our local
Supermarket chain, Stop & Shop, has kosher pareve chocolate chips. We mixed
these with a little mint extract or a little orange extract - the results
were scrumptious! I suspect that the supplier to Stop & Shop also supplies
other chains, so other stores are likely to carry it.
