I'm a new member of this list and I'd like to know you better!
I'm from Brasil and I've been a lactose-intolerant since july/2000.
I'm 21 years old, and I think that my like is helthier after this, but it is
less "tasty" too!
My doctor doesn't know why I "got" it, and he seems doesn't believe too!!!
Well, acttualy I've been drinking NAN (AL110), from Nesttle...and sometimes
eating a special chocolate.
It was very hard to me...the medical tests were terrible! After I
discoveried that I got it, I still wasn't fine...because I got a
inflammation and I still have to be on diet: avoid sugar, coffe, fat food...
well that's it. I hope to know you better...kisses
